We are delighted to announce a major milestone in Carzelle’s continued growth journey. Frances Olesen has joined our leadership team as Chief Operating Officer (COO)—bringing with her an impressive track record of operational excellence, strategic vision, and international experience.
This is more than just a new hire. It’s a significant step forward in strengthening our leadership and sharpening our focus as we scale our operations across the B2B automotive space.
Frances brings with her over 20 years of experience across key business functions including advertising, IT, operations, and finance. She has held leadership positions in multinational corporations, startup environments, and agency settings—giving her a truly 360-degree view of how businesses grow, adapt, and lead in competitive markets.
Originally from the United States and now based in Denmark, Frances combines American entrepreneurial drive with a deep understanding of the European business landscape. Her dual perspective will be instrumental as we continue to expand our reach and refine our platform for an increasingly global audience.
