For Carzelle A/S (“Carzelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), these Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, Partner Portal, and related services provided by Carzelle A/S (“Carzelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our platform or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Carzelle A/S is a B2B automotive trading company based in Denmark, specializing in the cross-border sourcing, buying, and selling of vehicles. We support professional buyers and suppliers across Europe through a seamless digital platform, value-added services, and responsive support.
Most vehicles listed on our platform are owned stock, while some are offered as pre-sale which are purchased dependent on buyer interest.
Our services are intended exclusively for registered businesses and automotive professionals (e.g., dealers, fleets, importers). Private consumer use is not permitted.
To access the Carzelle A/S Partner Portal, you must complete a registration process. We may require proof of business registration (e.g., VAT number). Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at our discretion if misuse or fraud is suspected.

Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted. Vehicles sold for export outside Denmark may be invoiced net of VAT, provided valid export documentation (e.g. signed CMR) is submitted within the required timeframe.
Each vehicle will include, where applicable:
Digital scans and shipment tracking are made typically available via the Partner Portal.
Full payment must be made within 3 working days of order confirmation. Payments must be made from a corporate account owned by the registered buyer.
Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received and confirmed. Carzelle A/S reserves the right to cancel the transaction if payment is not received on time.

Costs are calculated based on vehicle type and delivery location.
Carzelle A/S is not liable for transport-related damages. Claims for transport must be submitted directly to the third-party carrier and noted on the transport document at delivery. Carzelle A/S will not mediate transport disputes.
Claims must be submitted to info@carzelle.com within 24 hours of delivery and before the vehicle has driven. Include:

A EUR 450 deductible applies to all approved claims.
Carzelle A/S reserves the right to offer a refund, compensation, or cancellation instead of processing a claim.
Carzelle A/S purchases vehicles from businesses ranging from single units to list. Vehicle details are evaluated based on condition, market value, and location.

Suppliers can apply to obtain access to our Vendor Portal, where an overview of payment history, transport documentation, and documentation received by Carzelle can be viewed.
All content, materials, and technology used on the Carzelle.com belong to Carzelle A/S. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.
All technology used on the Carzelle A/S Partner Portal are the intellectual property of Carzelle A/S. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit.
All content, materials, and technology available through the Carzelle A/S Partner Portal — including vehicle listings, documentation, photos, descriptions, inspection reports, branding, and interface elements — are the property of Carzelle A/S or are used under agreement from third parties.
In some cases, content may be created in conjunction with or provided directly by partners or third-party suppliers. Such content may be subject to separate intellectual property rights, and must not be copied, downloaded, distributed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Carzelle A/S or the relevant third-party owner.
Carzelle A/S reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use or reproduction of materials found on its platforms.
All vehicles are sold “as described” based on information available at the time of sale. While we aim to provide accurate and complete data, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.
Carzelle makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Carzelle A/S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability is capped to the purchase price of the vehicle in question. However, depending on the nature of the claim and the circumstances involved, the actual compensation awarded may be less than the vehicle’s purchase price.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
